Highest i have seen so far is 14hp but people say 17hp does exist

not sure on this on i havnt made on yet!

it will probably be like the leather gloves. wasnt i thought that the max HR was 8 until HR9 was dropped?

i guess no one will know until one is made. it would be nice to know the current highest found though.
